Once you purchase your ticket(s) you will receive one email per ticket purchased.
Ex: If you purchased a 10 Pack of tickets you will receive 10 unique emails
Each one of the truSUMMIT™ ticket emails has a unique code and link. Please forward 1 of these emails to each person that has purchased a ticket from you. If you send the same email to two different people, the code and link will not work for one of them if not both of them.
Each person that has purchased a ticket MUST register using a code and link from the email sent to them. No one is registered for the event until they fill out the truSUMMIT™ 2020 Registration Survey.
Suggestion: Keep track of the codes that you were sent as the ticket purchaser in the notes section of your phone. As you forward the emails to those that purchased a ticket from you, cross that code off of your list or write down who you sent it to. This will ensure that you don’t send the same code to multiple people and help you keep track of how many tickets you have left to sell to others

We understand wanting to get the best seat you can during the General Sessions, but we ask that you please do not save seats in between sessions. Please be thoughtful of others that want to sit close to the stage as well and enjoy all the General Sessions have to offer.
We ask that you do not bring your children to truSUMMIT™. We do understand that for some of you this is not an option. If you must bring your children to truSUMMIT™ so that you may attend, we ask that you are respectful of the other associates in attendance. Please sit toward the back of the General Sessions and if your children get loud, please escort them out of the room. Also, please do not let them run around and play in the aisles during the General Sessions.

WHAT ITEMS DO WE GET WHEN WE REGISTER AT truSUMMIT™?
Each person that purchases a ticket will receive a name badge and lanyard in additional to a bag/backpack, notebook and pen
DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING TO SHOW PROOF OF PURCHASE AT REGISTRATION?
No, you do not need to bring anything when to Register to show proof of purchase. We will have a list of every person that registered for the event.
The only exception to this is if you purchased a ticket from another associate after July 19, 2020. If you purchased a ticket after July 19, 2020 then please bring proof of registration with you as you will not have a name badge printed for you since it is past the deadline.
MAY I BRING MY CHILDREN?
truSUMMIT™ is not the best option for a family vacation with children. However, we do understand that for some of you this is not an option. If you must bring your children to truSUMMIT™ so that you may attend, we ask that you are respectful of the other associates in attendance. Please sit toward the back of the General Sessions and if your children get loud, please escort them out of the room. I SOLD MY TICKET TO SOMEONE ELSE OR I PURCHASED MY TICKET FROM SOMEONE THAT'S NO LONGER ATTENDING. HOW DO I CHANGE THE INFORMATION ON THE TICKET?
In order to receive a printed name badge, all name changes must be received by Sunday July 19, 2020.
Please email events@Truvy™.com with the following information:
- Name on the Current Ticket Holder
- New Ticket Holder’s
- First and Last Name
- ID #
- T-Shirt Size
You must include all of the information listed above to transfer the ticket to the new ticket holder.
I CAN NO LONGER ATTEND THE EVENT. DO I NEED TO NOTIFY ANYONE?
Yes. If you can no longer attend the event email events@Truvy.com and notify us.
I CAN NO LONGER ATTEND THE EVENT. MAY I RECEIVE A REFUND FOR MY TICKET?
If an associate or guests is unable to attend the event, we will not refund their ticket purchase. It is up to the associate that purchased the ticket to re-sell their ticket to another associate/guest interested in attending.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED IN THE PRODUCT STORE?
All purchased are made through your Hyperwallet Accounts. We can accept Hyperwallet credit you currently have in your account as well as Credit Card Payments.
We will also have 1 checkout that will be a Cash Only register.
WHAT DO I WEAR TO truSUMMIT™?
The dress code for all truSUMMIT™ general sessions and breakout sessions are casual. The one exception to this is the Recognition Gala which is Formal Attire.
IS THERE ASSIGNED SEATING?
In the General Session there are two sections of seating: CLUB 90 seating and General Seating. Within these 2 sections it is open seating.
